Portuguese Cornbread So Tasty

Portuguese Cornbread

"Also referred to as broa, a yeasted cornbread, is going properly with soup, eggs, and fish."

Ingredients :

  • 1 half of cups cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package energetic dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/4 cup warm water (one hundred ten levels F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 cups all-reason flour

Instructions :
