Coconut-Mango-Lime Smoothie Recipe

Whether it is warm or cold having a sweet tropical green smoothie with mango, coconut and lime will bring back the warm memories to you. It is delicious, nutritious and fun.

This green smoothie recipe is full of multivitamins and minerals. Mango is a very rich source of vitamin A and fiber and kale are also very rich in calcium and iron. While Lime adds a unique taste that you can’t miss it is also a very rich source of vitamin c.

How to Make Coconut-Mango-Lime


  • 1 mango (better-frozen chunks)
  • 1/2 peeled lime.
  • 1/2 frozen banana.
  • 3 cups curly kale
  • 8 ounces of unsweetened coconut milk


Adding the liquid to your Vitamix blender, then add the fruit.  Follow that by adding the greens last.
Blend at a fast speed until your green smoothie is creamy.
