Strawberry blueberry smoothie contains my favorite ingredients, which are frozen, unsweetened strawberries, blueberry, and low-fat milk; this is a very simple combination that we all agree is delicious. Also, it’s just so easy to make so that you can whip it up in mere minutes.



This is my usual smoothie. We also have bananas, strawberries, and blueberries (we picked last summer) in the freezer, and I add almond milk and yogurt. Yesterday I added a couple of kale leaves that you couldn’t taste. I love it!
